When you choose to view property in Spain, France, Italy or Sicily it is helpful for you to know that Agence International employs the company's own resident representatives. This ensures that the services provided for you are independent of the Building Contractors, Architects and Estate Agents with whom we work in collaboration.

After you have decided on your purchase you will need support and Agence International will be your "eyes and ears" through to the completion of your project.

Property viewing arrangements will be designed specially for you and when you find a suitable property the entire buying procedure will be carefully explained. You will require legal advice and may need to discuss the financial arrangements for your purchase.

We are able to provide you with more detailed information on all of these matters over the telephone, in correspondence or at a visit to our office. We believe it is important that you can be relaxed over the support you can expect from Agence International.
